Armoured Martial Arts Nottingham – Event Attendance & Participation

1. General

By purchasing a ticket, attending, or participating in this event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

The event is hosted by Armoured Martial Arts Nottingham at its premises. These terms apply to:

  • Spectators

  • Fighters

  • Staff and volunteers

  • Online viewers (Pay-Per-View)

2. Age Policy

  • Adults (18+): May attend freely and are responsible for their own conduct.

  • Under 18s:

    • Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

    • A parent/guardian must provide written consent for attendance and media use.

    • The accompanying adult accepts full responsibility for the minor.

We reserve the right to refuse entry if adequate supervision or consent is not provided.

3. Health & Safety

This is a full-contact combat sports event.

By attending, you acknowledge:

  • There is a risk of loud noise, physical impact, and intense visual content.

  • You attend at your own risk.

  • You must follow all instructions from staff, marshals, and security.

Anyone behaving in a dangerous, abusive, or disruptive manner may be removed without refund.

4. Fighter-Specific Terms

All fighters:

  • Must complete required medical checks before competing.

  • Must comply with all rules, safety standards, and marshal decisions.

  • Participate at their own risk.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without compensation.

5. Media & Recording Consent (Photography, Video & Streaming)

This event will be:

  • Professionally photographed

  • Filmed

  • Live streamed (Pay-Per-View)

  • Shared on social media and promotional material

By attending, you consent to:

  • Being photographed and recorded

  • Your image, likeness, and voice being used for:

    • Live streaming (PPV)

    • Social media

    • Marketing and promotional use

    • Future event promotion

This includes worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free use.

Under 18s:

  • Media consent must be provided by a parent or guardian.

If you do not wish to appear in media:

  • You must notify us in writing before the event

  • We will make reasonable efforts but cannot guarantee exclusion from wide crowd shots.

6. Pay-Per-View (PPV) Terms

  • Access to the live stream is granted upon purchase.

  • PPV access is for personal use only.

  • Recording, rebroadcasting, or sharing access is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorised distribution may result in:

  • Removal of access

  • Legal action

7. Ticketing & Entry

  • Tickets must be presented upon entry (digital or printed).

  • We reserve the right to:

    • Refuse entry

    • Remove attendees

No re-entry unless explicitly stated.

💳 REFUND POLICY

1. General Refunds

  • All ticket sales are non-refundable, except in the circumstances outlined below.

2. Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled:

  • You will receive a full refund.

3. Event Changes

If the event is rescheduled or materially changed:

  • Tickets will remain valid for the new date

  • Refund requests may be considered at our discretion

4. Non-Attendance

  • No refunds for:

    • Failure to attend

    • Late arrival

    • Removal due to misconduct

5. PPV Purchases

  • PPV purchases are non-refundable once access is granted.

  • Refunds will only be issued if:

    • The stream fails due to technical fault on our side

1. General

By booking, attending, or participating in any classes, training sessions, or activities at Armoured Martial Arts Nottingham, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to:

  • Members

  • Trial participants

  • Visitors

  • Fighters and trainees

2. Age Policy

  • 18+ Participants: May attend classes independently and are responsible for their own conduct.

  • Under 18s:

    • Must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

    • Must be accompanied by a parent/guardian unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    • The parent/guardian accepts full responsibility for the minor’s participation.

We reserve the right to refuse participation if appropriate supervision or consent is not provided.

3. Health & Participation

Armoured Martial Arts and fitness training are physically demanding and full-contact activities.

By participating, you confirm:

  • You are fit and able to take part in physical activity.

  • You understand and accept the risks of injury, including serious injury.

  • You will inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations.

Participation is at your own risk.

4. Conduct & Safety

All participants must:

  • Follow instructions from coaches and staff at all times

  • Use equipment safely and appropriately

  • Respect other members and staff

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse entry

  • Remove participants

for unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behaviour, without refund.

5. Equipment & Armour Use

  • Any borrowed or hired equipment (including armour) must be used responsibly.

  • Participants are responsible for:

    • Any damage caused through misuse or negligence

    • Returning equipment in good condition

Armour use is only permitted when deemed safe by instructors.

6. Media & Recording Consent

Classes and sessions may be:

  • Photographed

  • Filmed

  • Shared on social media and promotional materials

By attending, you consent to:

  • The capture and use of your image, likeness, and voice for:

    • Social media

    • Marketing and promotional content

    • Website and advertising

This use is worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free.

Under 18s:

  • Media consent must be given by a parent or guardian.

If you wish to opt out:

  • You must notify us in writing in advance

  • We will make reasonable efforts, but cannot guarantee exclusion from group footage.

💳 REFUND & BOOKING POLICY

1. Memberships & Class Payments

  • Memberships and class payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

2. Cancellations (by Participant)

  • Missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable unless agreed otherwise.

  • If you cancel a booked session:

    • Less than 24 hours’ notice: no refund

    • More than 24 hours’ notice: may be rescheduled (at our discretion)

3. Cancellations (by Us)

If we cancel a class:

  • You will receive:

    • A rescheduled session, or

    • Credit toward future classes

4. Membership Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for:

  • Breach of these terms

  • Unsafe or inappropriate behaviour

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

ARMOUR HIRE AGREEMENT

Armoured Martial Arts Nottingham

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, booking, or using armour hire services from Armoured Martial Arts Nottingham, you agree to be bound by this Armour Hire Agreement.

2. Agreement to Hire

The participant (“the Hirer”) agrees to hire and use protective armour and related equipment (“the Equipment”) provided by the Gym during training sessions and/or events.

3. Eligibility

  • Armour hire is only permitted to participants deemed safe and competent by the Gym.

  • The Gym reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access at any time.

Under 18s:

  • A parent or legal guardian must provide consent during the booking process

  • The parent/guardian accepts full responsibility for the minor

4. Condition of Equipment

  • Equipment is provided in good working condition to the best of the Gym’s knowledge.

  • The Hirer must:

    • Inspect the equipment before use

    • Report any faults immediately

Use of the equipment confirms acceptance of its condition.

5. Use of Equipment

The Hirer agrees to:

  • Use the equipment only as instructed by coaches

  • Follow all safety rules at all times

  • Not misuse, modify, or tamper with equipment

6. Responsibility for Damage

The Hirer accepts full responsibility for the equipment during the hire period.

The Hirer agrees that:

  • Any damage caused through misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instruction must be paid for by the Hirer

  • This includes:

    • Breakages

    • Structural damage

    • Missing parts

    • Excessive wear beyond normal use

The Gym reserves the right to:

  • Assess damage

  • Determine repair or replacement requirements

  • Charge the Hirer accordingly

7. Repair & Replacement Costs

  • The Hirer agrees to cover the full cost of repair or replacement where damage occurs

  • Costs may include:

    • Professional repair work

    • Replacement of parts or full items

Payment must be made within a reasonable timeframe following notification.

8. Loss or Non-Return

  • Any lost, stolen, or unreturned equipment must be paid for in full by the Hirer

9. Hygiene & Care

The Hirer agrees to:

  • Use equipment respectfully and hygienically

  • Follow any cleaning or handling instructions provided

10. Assumption of Risk

Armoured Martial Arts is a full-contact activity with inherent risk.

By hiring equipment, the Hirer:

  • Acknowledges the risk of injury

  • Confirms they are physically able to participate

  • Accepts full responsibility for participation

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Equipment is used at the Hirer’s own risk

  • Armoured Martial Arts Nottingham is not liable for injury sustained during use, except where caused by negligence

12. Termination of Hire

The Gym may terminate armour hire immediately if:

  • Safety rules are not followed

  • Equipment is misused

  • Behaviour is unsafe

No refund will be issued in such cases.

13. Acceptance

By completing a booking, purchase, or participating in armour hire, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this agreement

  • You agree to be legally bound by its terms

PAY-PER-VIEW (PPV) TERMS & CONDITIONS

Armoured Martial Arts Nottingham

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing access to this Pay-Per-View (PPV) live stream, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Access to the Stream

  • PPV access grants you a limited, non-transferable licence to view the event for personal use only.

  • Access details (e.g. link, login, or code) must not be shared.

  • We reserve the right to revoke access if misuse is detected.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Watch the stream for personal, private use

You may not:

  • Record, copy, or reproduce the stream

  • Restream, broadcast, or publicly display the event

  • Share access with others

  • Use the content for commercial purposes

4. Unauthorised Use

Any unauthorised use, distribution, or reproduction of the stream may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access

  • Permanent bans from future events

  • Legal action where necessary

5. Streaming Quality & Availability

We aim to deliver a high-quality stream; however:

  • Streaming quality may vary depending on your internet connection and device

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming

6. Technical Issues

  • If the stream fails due to a technical fault on our side, we may:

    • Restore access, or

    • Offer a partial or full refund at our discretion

  • No refunds will be given for:

    • Poor personal internet connection

    • Device incompatibility

    • User error

7. Event Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Change fight cards, schedules, or event format

  • Delay or reschedule the stream if necessary

Such changes do not automatically entitle you to a refund.

8. Refund Policy

  • All PPV purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted

  • Refunds will only be considered where:

    • The stream cannot be delivered due to our fault

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including:

  • Video

  • Audio

  • Branding

  • Commentary

remains the property of Armoured Martial Arts Nottingham.

No rights are transferred to the viewer.

10. Data Protection (GDPR)

We may collect and process:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Payment details

  • Viewing/access data

Your data is used for:

  • Processing your purchase

  • Providing access to the stream

  • Customer support
